Problems with your delivery or return request?
If you are not satisfied with your order, please follow the return procedures below:

  1. wrong delivery In case of wrong delivery, please do not unpack the item and do not use it!
  2. transport damage The procedure in case of transport damage, please refer to our terms and conditions (there point 7). You can find them here.
  3. right of revocation Excluded from the revocation are sealed items that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed.

If you would like to return an item, please follow these 5 steps:

  1. please contact our customer service with your return request (contact above). We will discuss the case with you and find a customer-friendly solution.
  2. please mark the returned items on the packing slip enclosed with your delivery.
  3. please return the goods with unchanged, complete scope of delivery in the original packaging.
  4. please use an additional stable and unbreakable outer packaging and possibly pad it with paper or similar. Please stick the return label on the outer packaging, not on the original packaging.
  5. Please keep the stamped parcel delivery bill or return bill section – this is your proof of return.
