Problems with your delivery or return request?
If you are not satisfied with your order, please do the following:

  • False delivery

    For a wrong delivery, please do not disapprove the item and do not use it!

  • Transport damage

    The procedure in case of transport damage please take our terms and conditions (point 7). These can be found here

  • Withdrawal

    Except for revocation, sealed articles which, for reasons of health or hygiene, are not suitable for return when their seals have been removed shall be excluded.

If you want to return an article, please complete these five steps:

  • Please contact our customer service with your return request (see above). We will discuss the case with you and find a customer-friendly solution.

  • Please mark the returned items on the package leaflet attached to your delivery.

  • Please return the goods in their original packaging with their full delivery volume unchanged.

  • Additionally, use a sturdy and fracture-resistant packaging and paddle it with paper, etc. Off. The return label should be affixed to the packaging, not to the original packaging.

  • Please keep the stamped package leaflet or Return section open.
