Where do we deliver?

We deliver your order to every desired address within Germany and within Europe. It doesn't matter how difficult the package is or how many packages we have to send. The delivery takes place to the order address deposited in your customer account. Shipping is via DHL. A tracking link (shipment tracking) will be automatically sent to you by email. In Germany we also deliver to packing stations and on Saturday delivery. In addition, we offer the possibility of express delivery within Germany with delivery the next day - for an additional charge. The package notification takes place by email (even with time windows in large cities).

How long does delivery within Germany take?

All products are available for direct shipping. We use DHL to deliver your goods. Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery time is 1-3 working days from the order input. Express orders that are given up before 10:00 a.m. will surely be delivered the next day (except for Saturday / public holidays).

How long does delivery take outside of Germany?

Shipping within Europe takes about 4 - 6 working days if the goods are available.

What does shipping for my products cost me?

Your package does not arrive?

Has the package still not arrived after several days and you have not received a message from the deliverer? In this case, please contact us - we will immediately check the whereabouts of your package and, if necessary, make a request.

The package was delivered with a transport damage?

Please complain about the damage as soon as possible. In the case of hidden damage that can only be seen after opening the delivery, the best thing to do is contact us directly. With every damage we ask you to have digital photos of the damage by email stating the customer. to be sent.
