Should a fresh product, such as vegetables or other perishable goods, arrive damaged or no longer fresh, we offer you a hassle-free solution—a replacement delivery or your money back. We want you to always be satisfied and be able to rely on the quality of our food.

There is no minimum order value for regular orders with dry products.

You can order exactly the products you need. However, for frozen products, the minimum order value is €50. We also charge a flat shipping fee of €29.99 to cover the costs of complex refrigeration and express shipping. ❄️

Your frozen products are shipped in an insulated Styrofoam box with dry ice to ensure the cold chain is not interrupted and your products arrive fresh and frozen. Shipping is via DHL Express, and your package will reach you within 24 hours.
