Are your products fresh?
Yes! Especially with fresh items like cooking bananas, yams, or okra, we focus on top quality and fast delivery . If something is ever not right, please contact us directly via WhatsApp – we'll find a solution.
What happens when a fresh product arrives in poor condition?
It's best to take a photo or video immediately and contact us via WhatsApp or email so we can help you quickly. You will usually receive a free replacement or a refund.

Shipping costs are €5.99. For orders of €59 or more, shipping is free for dry products within Germany.

We deliver exclusively with DHL and DHL Express for frozen products.
When will my order be shipped?
After receipt of payment, within 1-3 business days.
For which products do I have to pay shipping costs even if the order total is over €59?
For frozen products , additional shipping costs of €29.99 will always apply – even for orders over €59.
This flat fee consists of:
- €17.00 DHL Express
- 5.00€ Styrofoam box
- €7.00 Dry ice, to reliably maintain the cold chain and deliver the goods frozen.
