With our "Fresh Food Guarantee," we mean that you always receive fresh, high-quality products from Mama T. Should a fresh product, such as vegetables or other perishable goods, arrive damaged or no longer fresh, we offer you a simple solution – a replacement delivery or a refund. We want you to always be satisfied and be able to rely on the quality of our food.

Usually, your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days .

As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number from us so you can see exactly when it will arrive.

There is no minimum order value for regular orders of dry products. You can order exactly the products you need.

However, for frozen products, the minimum order value is €50 . In addition, we charge a flat shipping fee of €29.99 to cover the costs of the extensive cooling and express shipping.

Your frozen products will be shipped in an insulated Styrofoam box with dry ice to ensure the cold chain is not broken and your products arrive fresh and frozen. Shipping is via DHL Express and your package will arrive within 24 hours .
